This is Ray's final year as CSO - he's standing down in 2006 to take on other

1) The downloadable booking forms on this
page are solely for the
benefit of HHVS members wishing to be on our club stand
non-HHVS members should apply direct to the relevant show - or join the
HHVS
secretary@hatfieldclassics.co.uk
2) HHVS member forms should be completed and forwarded to
the HHVS Club Stands Secretary:
Ray Gomm 3 Leveret Close, Leavesden, Herts WD25 7AX
cso@hatfieldclassics.co.uk
and, if required , a cheque made out to the SHOW ORGANISERS - no cash
please and no need to enclose a S.A.E
Ray will then collate them and send them off with the official Club Stand Entry
Forms and all the tickets will be returned to him.
3) entries must be received before the cut off dates shown. Ray will send our applications the day after without fail to ensure our bookings..
4) Drivers are reminded to carry a copy of their Insurance to every show - you may be refused entry if you cannot produce one when asked
